Is this a WordPress-specific course?
Nope! While I use WordPress and the Divi theme, the principles and tactics in this course can be applied to any builder or platform. While I show and recommend some WP specific tools, you can find similar tools even if you use SquareSpace, Webflow, Wix, stc.
