Our AI Mission Statement

We want to continue to foster a real, human-first, non-AI experience for learning, community connection and coaching. Members should log in and see real, human conversations in the posts and comments, not content written or reworked and heavily formatted by AI. People can go to socials, forums or other communities for AI-based content...we want the member experience to be totally and completely human. Quirks, spelling or grammatical erros and all.

Most importantly, we do still love – em dashes!

How we’re using AI

We use AI to speed up workflows, organize data, produce call transcripts and long-form discussions into succinct documents, actions plans, replay posts, etc. No post is 100% reliant on AI though and everything is human written or scanned first.

Our AI toolstack

  • Claude - for chat outlines, summaries and coding assistance (like our Revenue Calculator)
  • ChatGPT - for ideation, outline ideas and quick brain dumps
  • WisprFlow - for voice-to-text coaching from Josh via DM and replies on comments
  • Circle AI - for automation or bulk actions on workflows, spaces, our Circle setup and more
  • Circle AI Agents - Members have access to our Circle AI Agent (Broc) to get quick, real time answers and help with finding lessons, posts and other information in Pro. It can also be used for basic coaching advice based on Josh's courses, content and coaching calls in Pro. Broc is trained exclusively on material and content inside Pro so it is limited to what it knows and will not continue to loop new ideas.
  • Zoom AI - for recording 1:1 private coaching calls and producing a summary action place with transcriptions.

Important note on Confidential Client Data - your data is NOT being used to train any AI LLM model or intentionally or knowingly shared publicly via AI tools in our stack. We disable the setting to train LLMs with any data we put into our AI tools.

Member AI Policy

We do not want member posts or content to be written or heavily formatted by AI. (see our AI mission). Posts or comments that are obviously AI are subject to be deleted without notice, however Josh to team member will typically mention it be reworked before deleting. No official warning or strikes for AI content are in place…yet. Again, to keep our community human-first and truly authentic.

Team AI Policy

Our team follows our mission, toolstack and general principles and ethics for AI. They may use AI to summarize, create outlines, action plans and create workflows assist with tasks that can be automated to better serve our members.
